The Therabody Theragun Pro Plus (Gen 6) is Therabody's flagship recovery device. It combines the Theragun's signature 16mm percussive depth with five additional therapies in one body - red light, heat, vibration, cold (sold separately) and guided breathwork - turning the massage gun into a full at-home recovery system.

Three-stage heat therapy

Heat at 45C, 50C and 55C (113F, 122F, 131F) warms muscles for deeper treatment and is dialled in via the on-board LCD screen.

Three-speed vibration therapy

Low, medium and high vibration modes at 47Hz, 50Hz and 53Hz add a gentler, broader-contact recovery layer for sensitive areas.

Guided breathwork and on-screen routines

The LCD screen walks you through visual breathing routines and step-by-step massage sequences, so you do not need to know the technique - the device walks you through it.

150-minute battery and 5-speed percussion
