Standard delivery is free on every order, with no minimum spend, to all countries and regions available at checkout.

Optional express delivery

If an express service is available, its price is shown at checkout. Express delivery is optional and charged only when you choose it.

Processing, delivery estimates and tracking

Processing and transit times vary by product and destination. Any delivery estimates shown at checkout are estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates. Contact us before ordering if your purchase is time-sensitive. Tracking details are emailed after dispatch when available.

Address changes and delivery issues

Check your delivery address before ordering. Contact customer@thedigishop.com.au promptly if it needs correcting; we cannot guarantee changes after dispatch. If a parcel is delayed, missing or damaged, email your order number and relevant details so we can help.
